On October 14, an extraordinary meeting of the Council of State, Professor Doctor and Head of the Political Science and Public Administration, Alvaro Xosé Lopez Mira was appointed unanimously by the members present, Chairman, Department of Sociology, Science Politics and Adminstration and Philosophy.
